We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Captain Hook’s. Please review our return and exchange policy below to understand your options should you need to return or exchange an item.

Note: This policy only applies to online sales. In-store purchase policies should be confirmed with the location where you purchased your equipment. 


Eligible Locations

We currently accept returns and exchanges from customers within the United States only.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Exchanges: We are happy to offer exchanges if you’d prefer a different product.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in new condition (unused and with original packaging).

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.


Return Method & Instructions

  • Return Method: All returns are processed by mail.

  • Return Shipping Label: Customers are responsible for providing and paying for the return shipping label.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 days for us to process your refund once your return has been received.
