Note: This policy only applies to online sales. In-store purchase policies should be confirmed with the location where you purchased your equipment.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be in new condition (unused and with original packaging). USED PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Return Method & Instructions

Return Method: All returns are processed by mail.

Return Shipping Label: Customers are responsible for providing and paying for the return shipping label. All returns should be sent to 41253 Clairpointe, Harrison Township, MI 48045.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 days for us to process your refund once your return has been received.
